Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

MyTimetable (“the Service”) is run by Aspiro Consulting Limited, trading as MyTimetable (“we”, “our” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

If you are under 13, please only use MyTimetable with a parent or guardian, and with their permission. A parent or guardian who lets a child use their account is responsible for that use.

2. What MyTimetable is

MyTimetable is a planner for a child’s school week: morning and evening checklists, kit and dress code, a lessons grid, clubs and activities, and homework set and due. You can keep several schedules, share them with family members, print them to a sheet of A4, and use Import to fill in a section from pasted text such as a school email.

MyTimetable is currently free, with no payments or in-app purchases. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

3. Your account

• You can sign in with Google, with Apple where it’s offered, or with an email address and password. Accounts are meant for parents and guardians, or older children with their agreement.
• Give accurate information, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Guest mode lets you try a demo week without an account. Nothing in guest mode is saved.

4. Families and sharing

• Only invite people you know and who expect to be invited, and only use email addresses you’re entitled to use. We don’t email invitations, so let people know yourself.
• When you share a schedule, the people you choose can see it — and, if you give them edit access, change its contents. Only the owner can rename, delete or re-share a schedule.
• Leaving a family, being removed from it, or the family being deleted ends the sharing it allowed.
• You decide who sees your schedules. We aren’t responsible for what people you share with do with what they can see.

5. Your content

What you put into MyTimetable stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you — including showing it to the people you share with, and sending pasted text to our AI provider when you use Import.

You’re responsible for what you enter. Please keep information about children, and about other people such as teachers or other families, to what the planner actually needs, and don’t add sensitive information such as medical details.

6. Import and AI

Import uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to read pasted text. AI can make mistakes — it may miss items, put them on the wrong day or misread times. Import only ever suggests; always check what it found before you save. MyTimetable is a planning aid, not a replacement for what your school or activity organisers tell you, so check important dates and arrangements with them.

To keep costs fair, Import has limits on how much text you can paste at once and how many imports you can run each hour and each day.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, abuse or harm anyone.
• Add information about people that you have no right to share.
• Try to access accounts, schedules or data that aren’t shared with you.
• Interfere with or overload the Service, or get around its rate limits.
• Use bots or scripts to access the Service, or copy or reverse-engineer it.
• Upload or paste harmful code.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — its design, software, name and logo — belongs to Aspiro Consulting Limited or its licensors. You may use it only as these terms allow, and may not copy it, create derivative works from it, or use our branding without permission.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep MyTimetable running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we decide to close the Service, we’ll give you reasonable notice first. Printing is a good way to keep your own copy of a week.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data, or for things that follow from a schedule being wrong or out of date — such as missed homework, forgotten kit or a missed activity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under the laws of England and Wales. If you use MyTimetable as a consumer, these terms don’t affect your legal rights.

11. Ending your use

• You can stop using MyTimetable at any time. To delete your account and data, email us from the address you sign in with — see our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the Service at risk. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you why.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date, and tell you about any significant change. If you keep using MyTimetable after a change takes effect, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
